1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered through this website.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed through the booking of an appointment or the ordering of a product and my confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are in CHF. Payment is made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Appointment cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of CHF 50 is due.

5. Liability Disclaimer

My services do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor or an appropriately qualified therapist.

All treatments and consultations in my practice are provided solely at the client's own request. I do not make medical diagnoses or give healing promises, but work and recommend in the spirit of holistic energy medicine.

My services replace neither a doctor's appointment nor medically prescribed medications or therapies.

The responsibility for dealing with my advice and recommendations lies with my clients.

6. Data Privacy

Personal data is used exclusively for the processing of services and is not passed on to third parties. The provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) apply.
